If i install apps on phone storage will it afect preformance and how??

I have 512Mini SD but i prefer essential apps like ptab(excel) Opera install on phone storage.

I have 17MB free on phone storage card...

I have a few things installed on the phone itself and it runs the same as when theres nothing on it. But I prefer to put most things on the SD card so when I hard-reset I dont have to reinstall everything.

How is that

isn't that true that once you hard reset your old registry settings are gone and now you have to reinstall every thing no matter where you had installed them before?

You'll have to re-enter preferences and settings when you run the program again. But most programs dont really save much to the registry. The only thing you would have to add manually is a shortcut.

Thats my experience, though maybe theres some programs that would need to be reinstalled to setup something in the registry.
