unlocking help with motorola phones

hello i work for a cellphone shop we got a unlocking kit and found out there is
a program called mototool i got the program but i need a reg key for it it is a file that will reg the program or does anyone have a low cost way to unlock phones where i do not need to pay a company to give me a code where i can unlock it my self i got a tornado ufs-3 i have the cable for it for v5XX and v3XX and V4XX i also need to unlock the v3 razor pleas some one help me im looking to spend money but not a lot pleas help me thanks
