Thank you for contacting Motorola e-mail support, once again. Regarding your questions, the answers are sent by a Motorola representative. According to the manufacture date, the phone is under warranty. However, we recommend that you send the phone as soon as possible. The warranty of our cellular telephones is supported through our National Service Center. When sent to our National Service Center, the cellular telephone will need to be assessed by our technicians to determine whether or not the phone will be repaired or replaced. As the National Service Center is a repair center, when possible repairs will be made to the phone regardless of the number of times the phone has been in for service. However, if repairing the telephone is not feasible, then the telephone will be replaced. This decision is based on the current problem occurring with the unit, any previous problems with the unit, and whether or not repairs made to the telephone will be a permanent solution. Please note that we can not refund the money you pay for the phone. Please include a shipping address of a place located in the United States since Motorola does not ship overseas. Once again, we hope that you accept our apologies. For information about Motorola products and services, please locate http://www.motorola.com/ Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be of service to you. Best Regards, |
