hi. i saw a post on the last page asking about the siemens m46 and saw only one reply about how good it was. i was just wondering if anyone else had tried it out so i know what phone im getting. any comments would be appreciated.

I too am curious as to what other people think about the m46. I just purchased it a couple weeks ago and I'm not real excited about it. The battery doesnt even last a day, and the reception isn't even as good as a 3390, IMO. But it is cool looking and the features are nice. I like the one touch access to a new SMS. Anybody else think the battery absolutely sucks??

I think the battery life on this phone is bull. Seems the newer phones coming out have some shotty battery life as this one is not the only one to have to be charged daily, my friend bought the motorola c332 and it has the same prob. U'd think they'd have made a battery bigger than 550mhz for this phone.

Since I usually charge my phone daily it doesnt make much differnce, but it seems after 2 or 3 calls and a quick check on the t-zones my phone is half-dead. C'mon Siemens--Spend more money for a longer lasting battery!!!

I'm not sure... but my battery on my M46 is doing pretty well. I just bought the phone on Dec. 20 (2 days ago) because my S40 is going for repairs. I did the full charge up of the battery, and yet still have to throw back on the charger. The buttons set up uniquely, a little small... but eh. It's an alright phone. A lot of things I would have done to make it a more 'user friendly' phone. But hey, what do I know?
