Need Help choosing next phone

Hi, i'm from the U.S. and with cingular, I'm upgrading my phone is december and would like remarks, reviews and comments. Currently i'm looking at the Motorola RAZR V3, Sony Ericsson S710, Motorola MPx220, Nokia 6102, LG C2000, and LG C1500. Now right now I'm really leaning towards the razr, but unfortunately the only thing it has going for it is style, there aren't many useful applications, no mp3 player and no memory card slot. Now things I would like to have in a cell phone are fm radio like in the nokia 6102, a memory card slot, ability to play mp3's, yahoo messenger, digital camera, video recording, speakerphone, and thinness. And if it had wifi i would get it for sure, if it was under $200. Of course none of those are a must have except maybe camera and speakerphone, but i would like to have the others also. i would like to spend $150 or less with a two year contract, but i suppose i could go up to $200. If i do get the razr i will most likely flash it so it can record videos. Also what are your comments on that? Is flashing a good idea, or is it too much of a risk? Please tell me what you think about the phones and if you have any other ideas please let me know.

I think flashing is not a good idea (especially for latest high-end phones), just keep it original. Once you fry your phone, that's it, you might ended up buying another phone. I wouldn't flash a Razr if I were you, maybe flashing a t610 still fine but not that $200 phone. If you want Video Razr, you might want to consider the black Razr. Although, I would recommend the Sony Ericsson S700i, it's just better features than Razr.

not all black razrs have video do they?

Mine didn't and quite honestly, flashing it and doing seem edits weren't a pain at all.
