Anyone Know how to update the PRL Manually in BitPim?

I'm trying to get my Verizon 8100 to work on another network. So far its been successful. However I still need to update the PRL to remove the roaming indicator. I've tried to do it through bitpim and it kept on giving me an error. Maybe the new version which came out yesterday will work. I will try it tomorrow otherwise any other ideas?
