Does anyone know how to get blackberry added to our COU lines? I know it can be done i even think the SOC is supossed to be loaded onto our accounts from the start but for some reason it's not there and CC aswell as Tech Support isn't wanting to help. grrrrrr.

I think that you have to submit a request via the COU website. Once it's approved by management, it'll be added.

yeah you have to submit the request to COU and then you managment has to aprove and good luck with that part
