Check ebay for faceplates! I had not modified mine but I had seen the plates on Ebay. There is a group on Yahoo call panallure that had threads on this including pictures and instructions for taking the mobile apart!

The Yahoo group is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PanAllure/

The posts on changing faceplates are a few months back. I don't think there are any photos.

You can buy them on ebay at times. The information there indicates you might want to buy a #6(?) Torx driver, BUT at least on my phone, THE SCREWS ARE NOT TORX. Torx as 6 points, the Panasonic screws have 5 points. I have a set of small screwdrivers and one of them wedged in nicely on the heads.

To me it looked like taking out just 2 screws would do it, but you do have to remove all 4.

Line up the new faceplate alongside the phone. There are 6 catches that have to be released, and you'll see where they are that way. Someone suggested a guitar pick, I used my fingernail and a lot of fiddling. Once you release the bottom 4, the top 2 will probably just unlatch on their own.

You have to transfer the keypad, microphone, and earspeaker from the old to new faceplate, so note the order of things like dust screens and gaskets when you pull things out.
