I would always call either NBO or the old at&t tdma line (sorry I don't remember the number).

I just don't understand why this is still an issue, how can cingular not see this as a problem?

the old TDMA line is 800.888.7600. I absolutely hate the IVR. I also try using the spanish line. They speak english too and it is always faster. I do this for orange or blue side.

I agree. They even re-recorded the IVR a few weeks (months) ago with the cingular orange lady's voice, but still dont have the option to get a hold of someone.

800-888-7600 work for me just make sure you use an active blue number then after that you should be in quick

I could've sworn the IVR was just reworked...

I'm no longer an agent, so I don't hear complaints about it anymore. Thank God for being promoted.

One of the best forum illustrations of frustration I have seen. Too funny, unfortunately because its true.

I find that continuously pressing 8 5 or 6 times works too...oh the frustration!

Good thing that I get to deal with NBO now.

just call the 1800 number and say operator, then say operator again.... it should make it go through right away... now if you want to speak with prepay or tdam then its a whole different procedure.
