About to be new to Cingular

Well since RadioShack is going to be selling Cingular i willl probably port my employee VZW lin to a Cingular line. Which phone should i get. i have four requirements.
1. Bluetooth
2. Flip Phone
3. Hackable (say if OBEX is not enable that it can be modded to make work)
4. Under 99
Thoughts of current phones or phones about to come out.

Nothing fancy. I already have a Moto e815 that does all the cool things. I just need a basic flip phone that i can use my BT hgeadset with. Camera and what not are optional and not needed. I had a v600 unlocked on cingular prepaid for about 2 months last year. I liked that phone. It was small and since i already own a boat load of Moto accesories it worked out well.
