I am receiving an error on my audiovox 8600 phone it states " This phone is in offline service mode please power recycle the phone to make calls" The phone was working fine yesterday, I charged the phone overnight and this is the error I received when I turned the phone on. Has anyone else had this problem? Verizon was no help either on the phone or at their store they had no idea what the problem was.

There is a chip on the main board called the RFT it is the cause of this issue, it will need to e replaced or heated up to reseat it on the main board.
