Sync SMT5600 and Axim x50v to same Profile?

...Thinking of getting an Audiovox 5600 (to have with me all the time, as my primary phone) and a Dell Axim x50/51v (for the applications which I occasionally need to use). If I make changes to the data on either device, and sync with outlook, will the changes be reflected on the other device?
(I've tried a search on the topic, but couldn't find anything related to the use of both items...)
The thing is, there is data I need with me AT ALL TIMES (usernames, passwords, access codes, contacts, etc...) and things that I occasionally need the whole enchilada pocket pc for. I've looked at the upcoming HTC Wizard, but don't actually want to carry it all the time as a phone. I actually want a "phone". It seems to me that the 5600 may suit my needs.
Anyone have a similar arrangement?
Thanks in advance,
-M.

It doesn't matter which device you have. The trick is in the sync process. You need to establish which device out of your SP, PPC, and PC will be the "go-between" and resevoir for synced data so to speak. Usually, this is the PC. If you need data to be synced between the SP and PPC, always sync between the PC and the device in which data was last entered. Then, sync the PC with the other device.
If, however, data is *always* entered on the PC, the order will not matter. Confusion and sync errors result from modifying identical files/databases on the SP and PPC without syncing with PC between the modifications.
BTW, I have a 5600 and a x51v is on the way

There is no problem with having more than one Windows Mobile device synchronizing on the same PC. As explained above, if you modify data on your PDA, you'd need to sync the PDA with the PC, and then do a sync of the PC with the phone and vice versa if you modify data on the phone.
There is one catch (or maybe two), but it's not a big deal. While you can have multiple devices synchronizing with the same PC (I have my Moto MPx220, Dell Axim x50 and Audiovox SMT5600 all set up under the same user profile on the PC), you can't have more than one mobile device connected at a time. Nothing bad will happen; just that only the first device will connect with the PC and the others will be ignored.
Also, make sure the devices have a unique ActiveSync name, not a problem with a PocketPC and a Smartphone setup, but if you have more than one PPC or more than one smartphone you want to sync with the same PC, you need to make sure each device has its own name.
