how's the battery life on that? :laughs:

Pretty bad with the standard battery. The estimated talk time is about 130 minutes which is about right but the standby is rated at 287 hours! My phone would never come close to that. I have the standard battery and an extended one that I charge simultaneously on a desktop charger. I usually have to change batteries once a day. But it really depends on your usage. I do alot of gaming with my phone which drains the battery fast.

T720 for GSM

i like being able to forget to charge my phone for a few days (or a week, depending on how much i'm talking...) and not come back to a dead phone.

my t39 is claiming +7 hrs of talk time right now... on a full charge it's more like 8. i don't think i want a color phone right now...

the T39m has a flip... it's pretty good.

my T39mc used to claim 7+ hours as well but it never last that long. After a few calls it would drop down very quickly. It is a great phone though.

oh I agree. I'm not saying that I've sat here and talked for 8 hours to test it... I would be greatly surprised if it survived anything over 3 hrs of talk time. i'm just using it as a point of comparison. the battery life is quite impressive still... I tried to run down the battery last week and i think it lasted through a good 5 days of use (casual talking).
