Im Retail Orange and I was curious how Agents/Resellers get paid for features if at all? Does it vary by agent or is it straight across the board the same for everyone?

Also what are the %'s on residuals? If there still being offered?

Well, As far as our Prenier Agent goes we pay 1 x the bolt-on value. If you know of any agent aying out on residual let me know!!!

Don't thinmk you're going to see any residuals from Cingular Verizon and nextel still pay a little but far far below the ol days. Commissions are lower for Cingular than the rest, this has only been true as of the last few monthes, commissions keep getting cut lower and lower. Most other carriers, Next, verizon pay 1.5-3 times on bolt ons. for example if I sell a 5.00 unlimited "in" pic/text package for 5.00 I get a 20 commission. From that the employees get less of course

we get 1x the value on most, but we get more on all features above 9.99. for instance, a 9.99 text package pays 12. media basic pays 15. media works pays 25. oh and also 7-7 pays 10
