You can buy a pre-release development kit from SE. I think the cost is $1100 or something. Do a search, there are a few topics about this.

Ehhhh-xactly, dude ... . I have one -- the phone is AWESOME!!! But, it does freeze a few times a day, and there are numerous bugs. The price you pay to have the toys first ....
