having trouble with bitpim

i succefully tranfered data from my phone to bitpim - but i cant send stuff from bitpim to my phne im getting an error - can anyone help - i am using a mac and a bluetooth connection - this is the error i got - can anyone help me with this problem - i've seem some posts but hey are for a PC
