Audiovox 8930 GPS Menu

I have the Audiovox 8930 and I'm trying to program in the IP and port addresses into the GPS menu (##GPS1 + [END]) and it keeps kicking me out of the menu when I say "OK" to "Save" the IP and/or Port address. Any ideas?
