I access another account

Yesterday marked 1 week since I initially contacted Sprint to fix my account logging on to another person's. I celebrated by spending 40 mins on hold (bounced to another cue three times) before talking to 'Charles' in wireless web tech support.
I have an open ticket number, and when I tried to explain to Charles that my account logs into another account (full access to all this person's records), a point documented in the trouble ticket, Charles told me this does not happen. I tried to explain to Charles that the technician that made out the original trouble ticket verified that this was in fact happening. Charles kept interruping. I asked him to allow me to finish, and he hung up on me.
I contacted the corporate offices about Charles, but I still access this other account. I only want my account routed properly (no more).
Today I sent this other person an email from his own account. Maybe I can get this fixed soon.
Any help from this forum is appreciated.

How close is your phone number from the other persons? Are you two in the same area code? same phone? any other similarities?

I live in Iowa, he lives in Nevada. Area codes not that close.
I see that they have shut down the web site since I posted. First the PCS login and now the phone number login.

Oh yeah, we do have the same last name. That's kinda similar.

Sprint may not listen to their customers when they call, but they sure read this forum!
Only HOURS after I left my post here, they redesigned their web page so you can't log in using your account name. This may solve the PR issue of my problem, but they still have my phone connecting directly to the other account.
If they read this, please work on customer satisfaction as fast as covering up your security flaws.
It took HOURS for action on the PR issue, but it is going on a WEEK and a half with no help given to this customer.

I don't f**king believe this! After all that time on hold, and NEVER solving my problem, Sprint has the nerve to CHARGE me $32.00 for their toll-free hotline.
I am SO close to cancelling this phone. God, this is THE WORSE service I have received from a cell phone company!
Don't they care at all about their customer satisfaction???

Did you use *2 Talk?
Posted by: RehabDJ
No they had me dial in from another phone so they could play with mine. I dialed the toll-free hotline number and was never told their was going to be a charge to get the service I'm already paying for fixed.

EEEEKK!!!
Did you call from another Sprint phone, or did you call from a land line?

Logged onto 'my' account on the web.

How were you charged calling a 1-800 number from logging onto your account?
Posted by: RehabDJ
Found a charge on the Visa for Sprint 1-888- what ever hotline. 888 is toll-free, and I did not approve nor was I notified of the charge before I found it on my online bill.
