Generally the purpose of a non-compete agreement -- at least as far as an employee is concerned -- is to prevent an employee from accepting a competitive offer at another company. So what I'm trying to figure out is: Does Cingular require their employees to sign a non-compete agreement? Some carriers do, some do not. I'm hoping to hear from some Cingular employees on this, but thanks for your input nonetheless. |
