How big is the memory card? If its 512 or over then it wont format properly in the handset, u will need a mmc reader for your pc to format it

The card is 512 and I already formated the card. It still wont read in the phone. HELP!!!

Ive been dealing with this problem myself all day today, finally got ahold of someone at kingston who knew what was going on. the Nokia 6682 does not take rs-mmc it takes mmc mobile and apparently there is something very different between the 2. i have sent my rs-mmc back and waiting on my mmcm card i hope it works.

I had that problem once, and it's very easy to solve!!!
1º - Go to the tools menu.
2º - Select memory card.
3º - Options, and them format memory card.

It will take a wille to perform the format, but in the end it will work.
If it still don't work, them you need to buy a memory card reader for pc, and them format it, but wihtout selecting the FAT32 file system, or it whon't work on you cell phone.
