I just got 2 nokia 6010's one for my mom and one for my wife. I dont have a major provider, I have Unicel. i was wondering how to get ringtones and wallpapers for them. i have searched the threads all over and all they mention is T- Mobile or cingular. not sure bout data cable i dont want to ruin the phone. any help would be aprreciated.

You can get an "F-BUS" data cable and use LogoManager or Oxygen phone software with it. Search on the net for "Nokia 6010 data cable". I got mine from cellphoneshop.net. These are not for frequent use! You remove the battery, put the battery inside the data cable housing, and then push the data cable housing into the battery compartment where the pins touch the pads on the circuit board.

It works but you might have a better time getting a T-Mobile or Cingular prepaid SIM on ebay and use its balance to download ringtones...
