Need Help to find a Store In NY Metro to open a cellular Store. Please Help?

hi guys.. i am planning to open a cellular store in Ny Metro . If any of you know anybody who wants to sell their cellular store can you please let me know . i dont mind a store with a rent upto $5000. I know you guys are pretty expert and very informative so any kind of help or suggestion would be appreciated.
I have been working in the cellular industry for more than 3 years and i know its risky to open a store at this time and i hope i can overcome all this risk
