9300 operator logo problem

I want to put an operator logo on my 9300. I have downloaded and saved onto my phone but I can not activate it. I know in display settings on the front of the phone it has something that says operator settings but it says it can't find operator logos on the phone. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated
