Ok guys, im a super noob, and I have a problem. I got p2k and connected the phone to the comp, i got to the point where p2k recognizes the phone. I have a Rokr E1 E790 by the way, i have the direcotries, and i made a skins directory under mobile, and then made the folder with the exact name as the ski and dat files, unfortunately i restartthe phone and i see no skins. Ive tried flexing the skin on and nothing. Im really pissed ive been working at it for about a week already straight puttng hours at a time on it.

Tried it with my freinds comp and nothing. I need mad help. Ive search different forums, installed the latest drivers, swithed the phone to data/fax, and nothing, Help me please. Thanks in advance for any help.

what version of p2k are you using? when finished installing a new skin, did you try refreshing before disconnecting your phone to see if it's really there? don't know anything about ROKR that's why we need a dump

just joking. but hope this helps clear things up a litle.

i use p2kcommander....everything u need to do for skins is in C partition....ur most likely in A partition....if i'm wrong, lemme know

Ive tried refreshing, and sometimes it looks like its there, but then i do it again and it dissapears, then I finally got it on there, but for somereason it dosent come up on my phone. I dont have my phone partitioned, maybe its because of that? Im pretty sure that its under a, how do I get to the c partition, maybe thats waht i was doing wrong. Im at school now so, I wont be able to test it out till i get home. I appreciate the help.

use p2kcommander.....theres an option to change to partition c on it
