An alternative way to find your voicemail number is to go to Settings > Call Forward > Forward Status > Voice Calls, the "Forward if Unavailable" number is your voice mail number.

Once you know your voicemail number, here's what you do:
Go back to the home screen.

Type *61*voicemailnumber**NUM# and hit send.

(Replace "voicemailnumber" with your voicemail number and replace NUM with the number of seconds you wish to wait until forwarding to voicemail. NUM must be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30.)

So, if my voicemail number is 14045551234 and I want a 20 second delay, I'd do this:
*61*14045551234**20# and press SEND.

That's what I found in this thread: http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...threadid=388096.

But I checked my VM number using both methods and I came up with different numbers. So which one do I use?

Use the number found under Voicemail Setup. That is the number that the phone dials when you Press and Hold 1 to get to your voicemail.

Then what exactly is that other number that I came up with from Call Forward?

Bump. Anyone?

Not certain why exactly you have 2 different numbers. I just checked my phone and both numbers are identical.

If you have a different number under forwarding, use THAT number, not the VM Setup number. Because the *61 string of numbers that adjusts the ringing time effectively resets the forward that sends unanswered calls to voicemail.
