That's a pretty broad question. Depends on where you are ad who you work with. Just like any other job.

I'm pretty content here in Saint Louis.

I will move to New Jersey, I am curently a CSR in a calling center, I work for Fido.
I was wondering what Cingular offers as benefits. With Fido we have medical & dentist insurances, 3 weeks vacations + 3 personals days the first year of employement, monthly bonuses, annual bonuses, no sales, and other benefits as well. A new CSR can earn 14.40$/H if no experience, with experience you start at 15$/H... .
what are the benefits with Cingular?

it's real bad here. the managers carry around whips and if you don't meet your feature goal for each activation *crack* you get snapped across the back. we also have to work every holiday, including christmas. no paid time off...it's just horrible.

Well at Fido they force us to wear a leash and drink from a bowl. LOL ,
Seriously guys , I need some informations, If I am going to move to NJ , I want to apply for a company that treat his employees good. And I want benefits ( medical + dentist, holidays double and half paid and more) Don't want to end up serving Big Macs where my only benefit would be to be the employee of the month with my pic in a frame

Hence the name "FIDO?"
