Where are all the icon images stored in I398. I downloaded V3razr v2 skin for moto e398 and uploaded dat and ski files but no new icons appeared.

there are skins that have their own icons, and skins that don't.

v3razr v3 (which i also use) does not, so it uses the icons from the Moto skin that you have installed. if you want different icons on the same skin you can edit the icons (through a program called skinner 4 moto) or you can install a new Moto skin with different icons. a search will bring lots of results.
