argh, dust under my iPod nano's screen

i thought dust getting into LCD screens was a problem of the past.
it's so annoying, it's like a dead pixel now.
is there anything apple can do about this?

it was actually returned once, due to a defunkt battery. i didnt open this one until a couple weeks later because i was waiting for a screen protector from brando actually, and i just noticed it now.
i think im outside the return period, and i'm also at school!
