Just flashed CD 1.6 and I am a tool and forgot that it was in Russian. Do I now have to put a language pack on it (I don't know how to do so...) Or is there an option in menu system somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

English is already included, it's there but hard to find. There is also a English Language Pack here, or the modified one to let iTunes work till Jan.

How do I apply those? Do I just flash without overwritting? Sorry for my ignorance...

To change language to english:
MENU -> Параметры -> Основная настройка -> Язык меню -> English

This may be a little easier, UK English is already on the phone

1) after install, go to the settings menu (looks like a wrench and a screw driver)

2) second one down is initial setup, select it!

3) up arrow 6 times or down 8 items, this is Language, select it.

4) Select the top one (automatic) or second item English!

Now, when you type in the phone book, you'll have to hit the menu (center) and change Entry Setup, Primary to iTap English and Secondary to Tap English, or whatever you want!

You can also flash with the supplied LP, I believe you can check the first two.
