She switched to an older sim and now everything is fine.
These new sims are bad news. I am glad that I am still using my original sim from when I signed up back in 2001. |

Hell, the one guy did not even know what a NOkia 6682 was. Cingular is irratating me on this matter.
Anyways, last week I spoke with Jessica in Cingular's warranty division. She told me that Cingular no longer stocks or uses the 32k Sim card, which I kinda already knew. Jessica told me to buy a 32k cingular card and call customer service to have it's number logged for my phone. So I did, and now, they tell me that eventhough it is a Cingular SIM card, it is not compatible with the Cingular system!!???!!! GO figure! The Cingular 32k SIM that I purchased only has 19 numbers in it. Cingular will not accept a 19 digit SIM, there must be 20 digits to the SIM or it will not work. Anyone know if there is a way I can get Cingular's system to use this Cingular 19 digit SIM card?? Thanks |

Do you know who I could talk to that may know how to add my sim to my account? |

Also, when the number was checked on Snooper, I was informed that the system returned with a "card not created" error message.
Seeing how you have help me along further than general CSR with Cingular, I would enjoy contacting you or you can contact me. Eric |

The tech told me that I puchased a pirated SIM card. |
