I upgraded froim 27.7" to 31" tires. How do I get my odemeter/speedometer calibrated?

Cheapest Way: LoL....Get a buddy on the highway and tell him to go 65 get beside him and then look at ur speedo.......and then figure it out...........
Expensive:If the speedo is electronic, I think u can take it to an automotive place and they can reprogram the computer......
I am still debating on wheather or not I should get 15's put on my truck before I get new tires...............
