Can't delete file

Ok, I'm new to all this modding stuff but manage to search around and learn how to do a couple mods to my v3. One of these was removing the operator text from the home screen.
Not sure what i did exactly, maybe forgot to select directory before uploading file, but I somehow create a new folder with my Silver.ski file at 0 bytes. Also, the folder name is 9221, which is the suppose to be the size of the file. Weird stuff. Here's a ss with the error i get when trying to delete or upload...

Anyone got an ideas??

did u try rebooting your fone then deleting? if not do so, if u did so, then does it bother u? i mean y u care, its just a folder

Yea, rebooted many times, yet still can't delete. I know its just a folder, and won't do anything. I just wish I could get rid of it.

download a program called moto4lin and you can delete directories from there

maybe try to flashing/flexing the phone if you REALLY want to remove it
