v3 flashing question/problem....maybe....

i just recently flashed/flexed my v3 using the monster pack from motox : link here. the flash version is r374_g_0e.40.9cr, and the flex version is gsmv3xxt674ta09e. everything went fine, the phone works, and so far all of the features work fine, but when the phone turns on, it gives me an error message that says "Flex Error - Phone Subsidy Locked". after that it boots up normally and as i said earlier, everything works fine. i'm just a little concerned as to why it says that. anyone else run into this? 
i tried to redo the whole process, and it still says the same thing, and even with a different monster pack???
