Greetings

I like using my SEP900 (Sony Ericsson) for music amongst everything else, while i am on the go, however i have noticed that using mp3s takes up quite a lot of valuable memory, and although i do have Memory sticks for my SEP900, i would like to know if there is a program or some software that would enable me to compress the mp3s into say another format and hence free up a lot of much needed space, B.T.W i did try to compress the mp3s into Ogg Vorbis, but it ended up making the mp3s twice the size they were to begin with, maybe this was some error on my part, i am not too sure, but if anyone has any good idea's i would sure appreciate their feedback

If you go to my site, under the SE Mobiles section there is a part for the P800/900/910 which has an encoding software page. You can download a freeware app called audacity for the PC. You can then convert any audio to MP3 or OGG or in your case, compress the MP3 even more or convert it to OGG.

You can go to the program options to adjust the settings of the output file to get the size down a bit.
