In Need of a Cool Phone

I currently have a v551 and its just boring me...plus everyone I talk to lately has been complaining they cant hear me sooo...Time for a new phone!

Im not in a huge huge rush for a new phone, so the phone doesnt need to be available right away. And my Cingular contract will be up in a few months so I can switch providers if needed. My requirements (or preferences) are:

At least tri-band
Clear call quality (duh)
Speakerphone
Mp3 capability
expandable memory
Wifi
Loud Alarm clock
Some sort of PDA type thing/Windows Mobile?

I dont care so much anymore about a camera, but 1+ megapixels would be nice, and flash. And as far as price, Id like to keep it at $300 or less if possible.

Anyways, I would appreciate any advice you guys could give me. Thanks in advance.

for what you're looking for, it sounds more like a PDA phone than a cell phone. try N90 or something along those lines.

Maybe the N91, if its out by the time you need it. I don't know if any carriers are going to be picking it up though, so you may have to pay full price

6680 or P910i

Great suggestions, Im now torn between two phones:

The N91 looks like a great phone. It has pretty much everything I want, and the 4gb storage is great. The only thing I wish it had was a bigger screen, and maybe a qwerty keyboard (but I think theres an attachment for that). I want to be able to browse internet on it, and I just dont know how easy that would be with this phone.

Im also looking at the Jasjar/MDA IV. It has the big screen for web surfing and watching video. It doesnt have to 4gb storage, but that can be solved with a memory card. My concerns with this phone are the price and the size. Ive never had a pda/phone this big so Im not sure I would like having something so bulky when Im used to being able to fit it in my pocket. Supposedly T-Mobile is going to carry this phone, so at least the cost should be lowered with a contract. But if they dont, then this will be way out of my price range.

Anyways, thanks for the suggestions everyone. If theres any other useful info about these phones I should know, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

just get the wizard and keep your v551 to use when you just want a little phone

I would look at the QTek 9100 instead with the pop down keyboard.

yea...get a i-mate =)

since you want wi-fi, you should look into the k-jam...but if price is of concern...just get the jam.

I'd wait until Cingular gets push to talk service prior to making an upgrade if you can wait a little longer. But if not, the MDA Pro is a real nice phone. If you want a more pocket friendly device go with the Nokia 6682.
