My employer is switching us from our blackberries to our choice of either the Siemens Pocket PC or the Treo 650 (Cingular service). Any thoughts? The camera is not an issue one way or another for me. I may or may not end up using the phone service, but will use primarily for e-mail.

I went for the PPC. Still have my 650 as my backup.

I've tried both (I think it was the SX56 from AT&T) and am using a Treo 650 now only because I need a phone first and PDA/email device 2nd. Plus the Treo has EDGE, and I do browse a few sites each day and connect to different email addresses. But if you need a PDA first, then go with the PPC... Plust it has 802.11b and thats faster than edge if you have a connection available.
It all boils down to what you need it for more: PDA first, get the PPC - Phone first, get the Treo 650.
Oh, also if you're wanting something to take hand written notes - PPC

See if you can get your employer to delay until the 1st Quarter of 2006. The Treo 700w will be out, a ppc based Treo. BTW, i have an app on my Treom 650 that allows me to take and save written notes, with my 2 GB expansion card.
