Doesn't exist.
No Treo comes with Wifi.
An aftermarket Wifi sled is available from Enfora/

P.S. Same goes for memory. All the same.

I realize that, but hoped to make contact with people who have more info than I on "what" is coming in the future. The only negatives I read about the Treo 650 is the lack of WIFI and maybe a little short on memory. I "hear" about a Treo 670 or 700 and hoped to learn if this model could maybe be purchased in Asia already?
There are several positive news on new PPC also, but none all together that I can find right now. I would like to have EDGE even though it is not ready yet here. I live in Kiev Ukraine and travel Russia and Kazakstan and often spend time in US. GPRS will be useful for a "looooong" time here as the major cities are just beginning to install EDGE capability.
If you have news concerning any of the above I would be appreciative.

Over at TreoCentral.com a user called ShadowMite has hacked the Palm WiFi SD card drivers to work on the Treo. I don't know how reliable or stable the hack is because I haven't kept up on it, but you can do a little quick research and see if it's viable.
Check out http://www.shadowmite.com/ , http://www.treocentral.com , and http://www.mytreo.net
Besides that, I've not heard of anything except fo the WiFi sled. Your only other option is to get a PPC device that supports it, or wait for the Treo 700w that will come out on Verizon CDMA in the US early 2006, GSM will be later in 2006 from the way Palm is talking. Nothing later than the 650 is available anywhere yet, not even Asia, and the first version of the 700w will be CDMA, not GSM. The 700w will be Windows Mobile 5 (not Palm OS) although rumor is eventually they'll come out with a palm OS version. But it will be a LONG time before you see (up to a year?)
Oh yeah, and there's no garuntee that the 700 will support Wifi.
As an alternative, I use the bluetooth with a bluetooth network access point or PC adapter around work and home to use it like Wifi. But this is no help when you want to connect to an actual wifi access point (coffee shop, hotel, etc.) But it does work well for a home/work environment where you can set it up. Unfortunately, I don't get above about 250-300kbps on the bluetooth which is barely faster than what I get on EDGE. It must have something to do with the bluetooth implementation on the Treo. Using a good bluetooth USB adapter on my PC is faster (and better range) than using my Belkin bluetooth network access point.
I love my Treo 650 don't get me wrong, but I hate to say it, if you have to have Wifi, check out the i-mate k-jam which so far people are pretty pleased with. Also the HP Ipaw 6515 (I think) is also getting some decent reviews. They both run windows mobile and have Wifi.
Otherwise, get the wifi sled for the Treo. But then you'll have to lug it around. That may not be so bad depending on how often or where you need it.
I hope this helps.
----EDIT----
I just found this thread about wifi SD cards on the Treo 650
