I spoke to a customer service rep today and he said that all orders for the SP5 and SP5m phones placed after Oct 2 are delayed indef. by the manufacturer because of flaws in the first batch. My pending order says 34 days now but they said they have no idea when they will get more from the manufacturer. Grumble Grumble

They didnt say, im not sure if they know. They said they were delayed by the manufacturer so it could be for a variety of reasons.

oh okay. Must be something major then.

I-mate didn't do anything about the defective keypads of the SP3i last year.
