I'm currently evaluating the vx8100 and trying to decide if it is better than the e815.

I used the e815 for nearly a month and grew quite comfortable with most of its features, especially the ability to shortcut the bluetooth power and searches. I also found that the voice recognition worked very well right out of the box. I was able to easily use MPT to sync my address book and calendar from my v260, but need a new USB cable to edit the seems to allow image file up/downloads.

With the few hours I've had with the vx8100, I can't get it to recognize my voice for "yes" (guess I'll have to train it), but I have been able to BitPim it and upload images and my address book. It was nice not to have to edit the seems to do this.

My question for those of you who have used these phones longer: Have you run into any bugs/features that would cause you to not keep the phone if you had a choice? My only qualm with the e815 was needing a new cable. I really liked the phone.

I only have 3 days to evaluate the vx8100, so any heads up would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone knows how to shortcut the bluetooth power and handsfree connection so I don't have to Menu.. right ... right... 0 .... and so forth, I'd appreciate it.
