Is there any products that will allow me to remotely connect to a BlackBerry, either cradled or OTA, that will allow me to see what's on the BB's screena and manipulate it? I support 30 BB's and while I can use VNC or Remote Desktop to control my desktops, I have to rely on my users' perceptions when it comes to troubleshooting BB's.

Interesting idea, but I've never seen anything like that for a BlackBerry. I would be interested in this as well as I do support BBs.

Yes. Try Idokorro Mobile at http://www.idokorro.com/ for network administration or http://www.desktopmobiles.com/ for simple remote desktop on BB.

What's being asked here is going in the opposite direction, administering a remote BB from a desktop.
