Please help me connect my MPX220 to the web

I have 4 mail accounts set up and am receiving mail and text messages just fine. However, when I try to open Explorer and connect to a website, I get an error message that my Proxy settings are incorrect. I am with Cellular One (Dobson) and bought this phone unlocked. Here are the settings I was given by CS and told they would work. But they will not offer any help other than that since this phone is not theirs. When I first got the settings last month, I could get online, but now I can't. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.
