ok, i kno that the leds glow so if i changed it to the white with blue tint from all4cell.com will it still glow? has anyone changed their leds for their 8390?

i had my LEDs changed on my 8390.. and if i understand what your asking, yes they still fade on and off

1. Do you know if 8390 is having the 1206 LEDs?

2. Do you know any place in Canada will sell 1206 White LED for DIY (i.e. just the LED w/o mod)?

The 8390 uses 0603 LEDs, not 1206. Here is a picture comparing the original 8390 white LEDs w/ some Hyper White LEDs (w/ slight blue tint):
