BB 7520 bug - OS 4.0.2.37

About 2 weeks ago I received a replacement BB since mine was having DC problems. I set it up the same as the one before except it came with newer software or the newer OS. I have noticed a bug:

Phone application -> Options -> General Options -> Phone List view

I usually have this set to "call log." As of late I have noticed that I will be in a phone call and next to the icon in the upper left corner (the icon of the phone or speaker or BB when you are direct connecting) will be the words push to talk - which is incorrect as I am in a call. Later on I was direct connecting with my wife and instead of the BB icon with push to talk written next to it I have the speaker symbol and it is frozen at 0.32 as if I were making a call, but the timer never moves and shouldn't even be there as I am direct connecting.

It is like the two are backwards and it cannot tell what kind of call I am making.

I changed it to a phone list view of "name" and it seems to help. It is like it is creating a call log and cannot revert between the two or tell what I am doing at the time.

Has anyone else seen this or had their 7520 with the newer software do this?

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 7520.|: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry7100i/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/103)

I never noticed that on my 7520, although I never specifically looked for it...I never had it freeze up though during DC or calls.... Have you tried a master reset at all--sometimes between that and a bb reboot little things like that are fixed.

I'm going to try it off of "call log" for awhile and see what that does. I never used the call logs for what they were for anyway.

I'll give that a try next if I see it again and...... hopefully I have a 7100i before the end of November (that will fix the problem too ).

Yeah, the 7100 will clear that right up!!

How many of you all have added the Yahoo Messenger? I can't remember if this started before or after I added that program. I also see no way to delete it as it does not show up in the desktop manager nor is it listed in the list of apps to delete it the handheld way.

Just wondered if anyone else had problems.
