What happened to Lightwav???

Is Lightwav now discontinued!!?? I purchased the full version months ago, and it was working great, but since I installed Volumecare, I can't get the Voicemail/SMS tones to work 
Meanwhile, I was using version 5.6, so I went to the webpage to do an upgrade to 5.7 (which Palmgear has a DEMO of), but all I could find on their webpage is a "pro" version, which you have to pay for all over again, its not considered an upgrade! 
Meanwhile, they have something called "MP3 ringer". WHAT THE!?

That's not the only application that has done that. I've had the same thing happen to me, but it was just a different application. There are some other applications out there that upgraded like that and if you had already purchased the older version, it makes you buy the new version as if you NEVER had it. Yet, when download and pay, it clearly states that upgrades are FREE. That's false advertisement unless they have some disclaimer stating otherwise.
