Is there a way to disable Voice Command on the 6682? Right now, if I use the send/end button on my Plantronics 640 I can only invoke Voice Tags. The only way to invoke VoiceSignal is the use the button on the phone.

It's the software. I talked to the tech support person at VoiceSignal, and right now, there is no support for "hotkey" activation of the program.

He said they hope to have it in an upcoming update of the software for the 6682. According to him, the current program is really a beta version and we will get an update after it has been released.....guess that means we are all paying to be their testers.

In the meantime, I made VoiceSignal one of the applications on my active standby screen to make it a little easier to activate.

I will say that I'm very pleased so far with the way VoiceSignal works through the bluetooth. Having to activate it from the handset is really the only drawback, although it would be great if it would match and announce an incoming caller from your address book.

Is this a problem with all BT headsets in general, or only with the Plantronics 640? I haven't tried VoiceSignal yet because I'm waiting on my 640. And as far as the software update, did they give you any indication when it would be available and where to get it?
