So which one is better in terms of:

-camera/video quality
-screen
-sound

oh really? but I thought there were some differences like the xcute can record vga videos as opposed to qvga on the sharp? and the xcute has a higher res screen that has 16mil colours vs. the 260k on the sharp?

I've used both phones, yes the screen is higher res, but the size is a lot smaller, it does'nt show the full potential of the 16 mil colours, the sharp uses the aquos and CG silicon technology in their screens, and the xcute has 3/6 mp camera, but they are not true 3/6 mp, just enhancements to increase the quality.

if you want to know what 16mil colours quality looks like, try comparing the xcute with the panasonic vs3-7 series. you can see the differences.

personally i don't like the shape of the xcute.

thanks for the comparison! but can you comment on the video recording capabilities? I've heard that Xcute has the best video recording on any phone out right now, is that true? So if the 903 truly has the best camera, then why can't it record vga quality videos as well?

they 903sh is not made to display vga video, i agree there is some point that the xcute has advantage over the sharp, this is the smoothness of the video, I think the screen is too small to see and show the quality. this is the major drawback of this phone, for function it is equally as good as the 903.

i dont think it will be a lot better than qvga since both are coming from a mobile camera ..... qvga is enough ..... plus remember the 903 has optical zoom and much bigger screen to enjoy it
