I wanna hear your story!! I will share one with you:

Customer has come in and yelled at us on 5 different occasions. They were on a local plan, we explained to them what that meant numerous times...Boyfriend travels out of state and they thought they were safe because it was m2m. Nope $6,000 phone bill and they scream at us. Looking at the notes, they had been explained by customer service 2 months prior what plan they were on 5 different phone calls!

Well they threatened a lawyer and we said we no longer can talk to you.

Well they kept coming in so we told them to leave...they would not...meanwhile this other customer comes in and they start going back and forth talking in spainish...i assumed he was the husband as it is not uncommon for someone to show up and the other half come in and meets them 10 minutes later.

Well cops come and of course she is kicked out...i thought he was w her and he got offended thinking I am racist etc.

He said some things to me after the cops escorted her out. I said excuse me thinking he was talking to me, well he got all verbal on me and threatened me and dared me to get the cop back...so i went back in the parking lot and asked him to escort the other person out...he put up a fight w the cop and next thing you see is pepper spray in his hand ready to use...luckly he left

Did this idiot get a new phone w/out a new contract at n/c?? If so, I would have submited a sales feedback form on the person who gave him that deal. That is definately not an acceptable comprimise for any customer.

you know all i really know is the idiot came in the store 2 weeks later with a nokia 3120 and told me how stupid and wrong i was that i COULD HAVE given him what he wanted all i had to do was call the office of the presedent.

I had a customer come in with a broken display on the outside of her V400 or the like. She kept insisting it was NOT broken when she left the store and it was our fault. Repeatedly we reuttered back to her what she just said. "It was not broken when you left the store". She got so angry that after screaming at us like a nut that she grapped the SE 616 demo phone and lobbed it into the wall. After smashing the phone into 20 pieces she grabbed the signature cap device and yanked it out of the back of the computer and slammed it onto the floor breaking it. Cops get called. Damage is in excess of 500.00 dollars so this is serious business now. Fortunately the department store has cameras that captured her license plate and her drive across the street to the theater while changing clothes in the car. They arrested her when she left the movies. The worst part is that her young son was with her during the incident.
