Hey there. I have a 7290 with the most up to date, rogers software on it. i have tried completely reseting my bb and restoring my backup and i am having the same problem. only certain times, but when i open an email i click on on open and it stays at that menu screen lets call it for between 10 secons to 2 or 3 minutes. anyone know how to fix this problem???

downgrade to the last stable 4.0 prior to the one you have running. i've had that problem
