Is it possible with any program to watch video on blackberry 7290? does anyone know? i would love to know. thanks

Currently its not possible. The device is not capable of the proper audio playback. And there isn't enough bandwidth with GPRS to support streaming video.
Perhaps with the upcoming 8700.
