newer blk razrs have video recording capability?

i got a black razr when they first came out for cingular and i could not record video. i had problems with the battery meter and the phone resetting itself, so cingular sent me a new phone. the new phone HAS video recording capabilities. did cingular change that with the razr or did i just get lucky?

The Black Cingular V3 made after October 2 does have video. The Silver Cingular Version still does not have video.

could record, yes, but not all did. at least not the black ones when cingular released them. there were numerous threads about it and no ones was able to record video without modding it.

You need to update the flash (depending on what you have) and then do some seem editing to record video if it is not already enabled. Silver or black they are the same phone except for the casing and the firmware which can be made equal very easily.
